Businesses are challenged like never before by the need to keep up, or perish. Speed is no longer good enough. Established businesses are challenged by smaller agile players who are changing the rules of the game. Airbnb sells rooms without owning properties and Uber offers transportation without its own fleet. Technological advances, coupled with the speed of change are unprecedented. How can growing businesses navigate and grow in today’s VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world?
Join us as we share strategies to help growing businesses manage the flux and emerge stronger. Or have a coffee chat with us to address your business concerns in greater depth.
