2016 was an eventful year for Singapore transfer pricing. In June, Singapore announced that it would join the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting ("BEPS") Project inclusive framework as an Associate and work with other participating jurisdictions to facilitate the implementation of measures under the BEPS Project. In October, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore ("IRAS") issued the Country-by-Country Reporting ("CBCR") requirement for Singapore-headquartered groups whose group turnover exceeded a certain threshold. In November, the IRAS further introduced a new related party disclosure form with effect from the Year of Assessment ("YA") 2018. In January 2017, the IRAS published the 4th edition of the Singapore Transfer Pricing Guidelines, which has incorporated some of the measures under the BEPS Project.
This half-day seminar provides an in-depth look into these latest Singapore transfer pricing developments and addresses what these changes mean for Singapore taxpayers.

- Action 14: Enhancing dispute resolution
